Log food & meds together — then see what sits well from your patterns.
Tap Analyze for foods (how you feel after) and meds (whether symptoms ease ~1–3h later) — all history.
Work day
Pack 2–3 “safe” snacks from your list so you’re not stuck with the break-room roulette.

Nice-to-haves. Same idea — check off, Amazon, or add your own.
Foods that sit well + your regulars — tap to add, check off in the store.
Suggested from foods that worked for you, plus items you’ve used before. Tap one to put it on your list.
In the store: check items as you get them. Clear checked when you’re done.

Use either your last period or the due date from your doctor. Baby & Me keeps them in sync (40-week estimate).

Usually start with last period, then switch to your doctor’s date when they assign one — that date wins. Stored for your household.
Check any names you want on Home — one or many. Drag a name to the trash to remove it.
Tap + to add one to your list.
Log a meal, a med, or both — one screen, same time. Fill in whatever applies.

Pulls your food/meds, symptoms, pattern notes, and “for doctor” items into one handout. Print → Save as PDF works great on most phones.
Your home-screen icon
Pin this so it opens like a little app — no hunting through tabs when you’re queasy at work.
You’re already running Baby & Me as an installed app on this device. Nice work. 🌟
On Android, Install often puts the app in your app list / drawer first. Open the app list, find Baby & Me, then long-press and drag it onto your home screen if it isn’t there yet.

Baby & Me · Baby4us
Built with slightly too much enthusiasm by a future grandpa who once thought “ginger ale fixes everything” was a peer-reviewed clinical guideline.
This app is a personal tracker and cheer squad — food logs, how you feel, baby-week notes, appointments, names, and grocery lists. It is not a doctor, midwife, nurse, pharmacist, nutritionist, or that one coworker who “had a cousin who…”
Pattern “insights” (Analyze) are math-on-your-logs, not diagnoses. If something looks “best” or “avoid,” treat it like a hunch from a well-meaning relative who still needs to ask how to eat his food: interesting, optional, and never a reason to ignore your care team.
Urgent or scary symptoms? Call your provider, clinic line, or emergency services. Do not ask the app. The app will only smile at you in pastels, which is nice but clinically useless in an emergency.
Week-by-week baby notes are general educational averages. Your ultrasound and your clinicians are the source of truth. Grandpa is the source of snacks and bad puns.
Love you. Drink water (if it stays down). Take every “medical” claim here with a
grain of salt — ideally a small, non-nauseating grain.
